Thank you for your ongoing patience and support while we are working to bring back a team of clinical staff to the High Street Health Hub practice. We are very pleased to advise that our GP and nursing teams will be available onsite at High Street Health Hub from Monday, 19 August 2024.
The team of clinical staff will manage your needs with the continuing support of our virtual healthcare team. While we continue to rebuild at High Street Health Hub, appointments will be virtual with a GP or nurse for those whose symptoms do not require an in-person visit. If your symptoms require a face-to-face appointment, you will now be able to have this on site at High Street Health Hub.
We will provide further updates as the clinical staff recruitment progresses.

Wanting to see a doctor?
Contact the High Street Health team on 04 555 4450 as you would normally, from there you will either be given a telephone appointment with one of your GP team, or you will be able to have an online video appointment. If your issue does require you to see a clinician in-person, this will be arranged for you.
Option of video consults with their regular GP
As above for convenience there is the option of having a video consultation, convenient for the patient (at home, work etc), or alternatively if patients don’t have the option of video, via phone or tablet, there will be video assistance on site at the High Street Health Hub that the patient can access.
Urgent same day appointments
For urgent same day appointments, you will be contacted via telephone by a GP who will do an initial assessment with you, if your condition requires you to be seen in person by a clinician this will be arranged for you.
Repeat Scripts
The service will continue to operate as it is, with turnaround of requests within 48 hours.
Results Management
Hospital visits, follow ups or abnormal test results will be escalated to the online medical team to address with the patient directly.
