Repeat Prescription

Please requests for repeat prescriptions before you run out of medications as we may not be able to be issued a repeat script without a review with your GP.

A repeat prescription service is for ordering your regular prescriptions only and not all prescriptions will be able to be requested on this way. If requiring controlled drugs you may need to make an appointment with your doctor.

A repeat prescription can take up to 3 working days to process. If there is an issue with your request prescription one of our nurses will contact you.

Charges apply for all repeat prescriptions except for patients under 14.

We can send repeat prescriptions directly to the pharmacy of your choice. There is no additional charge for this.

Urgent repeat prescription within 24 hours will incur an additional fee. Please call us to order urgent prescription.

Please note that all prescription requests received after 3.30pm will be actioned the following business day.

Ordering Repeat Prescription

It is easy to order your repeat prescription through one of three ways:

Listen carefully to the instruction given and then leave your message when requested. Remember to speak slowly and clearly. You will be asked to provide information such as your full name, date of birth, medicines you need.

A prescription can be sent to a pharmacy for you. Please provide the pharmacy’s full name, email and contact details.
