Pre-payment Policy

High Street Health Hub is implementing a new policy from the 29th of October where patients will be required to pay fees in advance of an appointment, with your doctor or one of our clinical team. This has been in response to a number of factors but primarily is to address both rising costs and rising debt.

On the day of your appointment when you first arrive at the practice, you will be asked to pay for the initial consultation fee. Please allow adequate time prior to your appointment to do so. In the event of a script or phone consult this will also need to be pre-paid. This can be done through the Manage My Health App or over the phone.

You may not need to wait when your appointment is over and you can simply leave the practice, avoiding any delay while waiting to make payment. However, if there are either extra costs or perhaps, a subsidy, you will need to return to reception to resolve your account. This is a change for all our patients.
