What to do if I move health centre?

If you were a patient with Manage My Health at a previous Medical Centre, follow these steps to connect to with High Street Health Hub.

Ensure you are registered to with us.

Your Activation code can be found on your registration email or can be requested from us.

Login to MMH. Click on the Profile picture at the top right corner, then select “Profile” then “Update profile”.

Click on the “My Health Centre” tab and enter the activation code received from us.

After you connect, wait a day for your information to upload.

Please note that online payments are NOT refundable. For refundable items, refunds are put on your account to use toward future services, unless otherwise requested.

Same Day/Urgent Prescriptions, Driver Licence, New patient’s first appointment are NOT available through ManageMyHealth.

Can I register one or more of my family members using the same email address?

Each family member needs to register using a unique email address for each family member. (This is required to ensure that when looking at health information, privacy, security and integrity of records are maintained).

Can I view my children’s medical records?

Parents can gain access to their children’s records. If you wish to access your children’s health records you should discuss this with your GP. Parents can use one of their email addresses to register their children to ManageMyHealth. You will need an email address for each child you wish to register to ManageMyHealth. (This is required to keep each child’s records separate). Please note that if the parent is also registered to ManageMyHealth, then you will need to use a different email address for your children.

Why am I not able to view my latest lab results?

Most test results are shared with you. Your GP needs to review and file the test results before they are sent to your account to view. Please be aware this may take reasonable time. 

Why can I not order a medication?

Only Medications marked by your Doctor as long term are available to order. However, if there is a medication that you have had before and want to order, type this in the area for sending through a note to the Doctor when ordering your other Medications.

Can I use the same email address when I register with another health centre?

Yes, you can use the same email address when you register with another Health Centre. You will need to get the Health Centre to register you on their system with the same email address and obtain a new activation code.
