About Nurse Phone Triage Service:

Nurse triage for patients who request a same day appointment. One of our Nurses will call you back to assess your situation and give you medical advice, can request a prescription, or provide an urgent on the day appointment.

Test Results:

Most test results are available within 72-96 hours . Your doctor or nurse would have discussed how you shall be provided with abnormal results, at the time of consultation. We shall notify you by one of the following methods:

Please note: biopsies and cervical cytology tests may take two or three weeks to be completed by the Laboratory.
